We support movement-based meditation practices through shared knowledge and open infrastructure.
Nearly 1 in 4 people worldwide report feeling frequent loneliness (Mind Voyage, 2023), and 1 in 9 people were living with mental health disorders even before the COVID-19 pandemic (WHO, 2022). Yet many people lack accessible, embodied ways to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and feel meaningfully connected to others. As a result, many people remain disconnected from their bodies, their emotions, and one another — despite actively seeking relief and meaning.
Research shows that conscious dance — often referred to as dance meditation — reduces stress and significantly improves well-being. Across multiple studies, participants report increased presence, flow states, and improved emotional regulation — especially for anxiety and trauma.
